PAR%

PAR% คือคาดคะเนร้อยละของอุบัติการของโรคในประชากร ถ้าหากว่าได้กำจัดสิ่งที่คาดว่าก่อโรคออกไป
(เหลือแต่ Unexposed) ในภายหลัง เทียบกับก่อนหน้านี้ (ที่มี Exposed รวมกับ Unexposed)

เช่น "กลุ่มสูบบุหรี่เสี่ยงต่อการเป็นมะเร็งปอดเป็น 5 เท่าของกลุ่มไม่สูบ ถ้าเดิมประชากรร้อยละ 50 สูบบุหรี่ และถ้าทุกคนเลิกสูบบุหรี่ จะลดการเป็นมะเร็งปอดได้ร้อยละเท่าใด"
